Failed webhooks are retried three times: first after 5 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 2 hours. All retry statuses are visible in your dashboard.

A spam score of 70 or above immediately blocks the submission. Scores 30–69 are marked neutral and accepted. Below 30 is clean and accepted as unread.
Scoring runs asynchronously via a queued job after submission. It checks email MX records, phone E.164 format, field completeness, and data quality. Scores ≥60 become prospects.
